I say that life is a test. The good news: It's an open book test, meaning you can draw from whatever resource helps you, be it a mentor, your spiritual journey, or philosophy. But those who do the best grade themselves. By that I mean you shouldn't try to live by the standards or goals of other people, because you will never, ever, be quite good enough. Oftentimes they want you to succeeed in something they failed in, making you a surrogate for themselves. Let that go, and be the best version of yourself.
